The agency boss texted that days carer to get her to bring the agencies file with her when she left my call that day. Although that carer had already heard about it from the other two carers, she played dumb & asked the boss why. The boss just replied saying it was my last day & gave no reason. OK. Update. Nervous as hell already. I have Temporary agency support for one month starting Monday. It is seriously shorter & less support running at 6hr a week less than normal & with the added loss of 2¼ weekly banked hours. I Can't face properly updating with the latest. There's definitely light at the end of the tunnel & it's not a speeding train.... Social Services who'd initially said it's up to me to replace care agency (as I'm Direct Payments ) changed their minds & the Duty Manager spent Hours ringing all agencies to see who would be willing to provide Emergency ( Read more... )

I know I should be updating but really there's nothing new situation wise to report. Of my 5 person care team, 4 had No idea my Care package has been dropped (the 5th I haven't had contact with). Each of them has expressed deep shock & 2 in tears so far.

I am still so angry about the carers I'm shaking. Care in Home is a fucking sick joke. The agency are a fucking sick joke & I am the butt of it.
No clients no work for care agencies. No care agency staff deeply ill or dead clients. I am so upset over this. Last year my care agency enabled & supported me to visit my parents on Christmas Day. (sadly ( Read more... )

This started at 19.55pm, last communication received 11.40am nearly. My Entire evening, Christmas Eve has been of extreme stress & worry :'( Care in the Home is despicable & fking shit, the agency boss nasty :-(
